My fifteen year old son locked his phone in the Mobile Phone Box when he was revising and it really helped to make him think twice before he used it. He said he had just finished a 4 hour revision session and realised he had not looked at his phone or thought about it once. He said that as he had used it over time and even though he knew he could open it each time to unlock the box to use it, it was a deterrent for him.
