Our heads weigh on average 10lbs when our ears are directly above our shoulders. When you bend your neck to check out your screen, your head is then bent forward and your neck takes the extra force which now equates to approximately 60lbs of force causing muscle strain and even muscle spasm.
TIP: Bring the screen up to eye level relieving pressure on your neck.
Sleep Disturbance - the blue light from the screens messes with the melatonin levels which are key to good sleep.
